Our Company
We would like to help you get the job done. We formed this company to combine our academic and consulting backgrounds to provide scientific services. We offer expertise in environmental technology and we share a commitment to a practical and quality product.
Dr. Peng Gong - Consulting Environmental Scientist (Partner)
Leader in remote sensing image processing and geographic information science. Dr. Gong is currently a teaching and research professor at the University of California at Berkeley. He is developing the field of “photo ecometrics” for forest inventory.
Education:
- Ph.D., Geography, University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Canada, 1990
- M.Sc., Geography, Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, 1986
- B.Sc., Geography, Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, 1984
Dr. Gong's academic homepage includes an updated list of publications.
James Scarborough - Consulting Air Quality Scientist (Managing Partner)
In the field of environmental science for over ten years. James brings a geographic information science expertise, environmental regulation experience, and computing ingenuity to fulfill client needs. James has ten years of GIS experience and five years of consulting experience in fire emissions and industrial source permitting.
